This varies. Our Silver numbers cost a one off payment of £75 + VAT set up, and then a £10 monthly rental charge. Our Gold numbers cost £1000 + VAT to set up.

People phoning from a landline don’t pay anything – it is a freephone number.

 

How much do I have to pay per call?

 

You pay for the customer’s phone call for them – around 4p per minute.

How do 0800 numbers work?

 

A 0800 number is “pointed” or “routed” to your existing phone number, so you don’t have to have any new equipment installed or make any changes. The calls will come through to your phone as normal.
